"Delivery was kind of all over the place"
Ordered a jacket. It did show up eventually, and the jacket itself was totally fine. No issues there. But the delivery was later than the date they gave me, which was a bit annoying. Tracking barely changed too, so I was just left guessing. Not terrible, just not the most reliable experience.

The stuff does look nice, not gonna lie, but lately the prices just feel a bit too high for what you actually end up getting. Idk, it just doesn’t feel as worth it anymore.

"Poor updates on my order"
After I placed order, I barely got any clear updates. I had to keep checking myself, and delivery info changed a couple times without much explanation. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely annoying.

"Genuine perfume, no problems at all"
I ordered a perfume from Debenhams and was bit unsure at first because the price was really good. It turned up sealed and properly boxed, and it smells exactly like the one I bought before from the high street.

Looks and feels 100% genuine to me. Delivery was fine as well, no issue there. I’m happy with it and would definitely order again.

"Surprisingly fast delivery"
I ordered a couple of bits from debenhams and, to be honest, I wasn’t really expecting them to arrive that quickly. I got the dispatch email the same day, then the parcel showed up the next morning, which was a nice surprise.

Everything was packed properly and there was no fuss at all. If you’re not in a rush it might not matter much, but when you want something quickly, this kind of service definitely makes a difference. I’d happily order from them again.

I don’t know why people act like refunds always take forever. Mine came through in two days, no chasing, no hassle, nothing. Straightforward experience for me.

"Good selection, though you might need to dig around"
I use Debenhams.com every so often, and overall I do like it. There’s a really decent mix of clothes, beauty, home stuff, and plenty of brands, so it’s handy when you just want to browse a few things in one place without jumping between sites...
The only thing is it can feel like there’s a lot to get through, and the filters don’t always narrow things down quite the way I’d like. I usually still end up finding something, though, and the prices are fair, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"I paid for my order on Debenhams..."
I paid for my order on Debenhams and it all seemed to go through more or less straight away. No strange errors or anything like that, and I didn’t get charged twice, which has happened to me on other sites before. The confirmation email came through fairly quickly too. Checkout was simple enough and I felt okay using my card. Not a whole lot more to say really, it just worked like it was supposed to

"The discounts aren’t as good as they seem"
I keep seeing these big debenhams discount codes and they look great at first, but when I tried to use one on something I actually wanted, it didn’t apply. Maybe that’s just my experience, but it makes me feel like a lot of their offers are more for show than anything. The prices also seem to change a lot, which gets a bit frustrating. Overall, not really impressed

"Checkout was a bit hit or miss"
Checkout was kind of hit or miss for me. It did go through eventually, but the pages were loading slowly and I had to try the payment a couple times before it worked. Not the worst experience, just a little frustrating.

"They actually had my size for once"
I’ve ordered from Debenhams a few times now and, it’s just been nice not having the usual online shopping faff. I’ll find something I like, even in the sale, and my size is actually there, which sounds basic but somehow isn’t on a lot of sites. Checkout was straightforward too, no weird surprise where it suddenly vanishes from the basket at the last second. Just a simple, decent experience really

I ordered from Debenhams and the actual item was perfectly fine, so no issue there. The delivery side was a bit of a nightmare though. The courier claimed they’d tried to deliver when I’d been home all day, which was annoying. I had to chase it up twice, and the replies felt like copy-paste support messages rather than anyone actually checking what had happened. It did turn up in the end, but late and with way more hassle than needed.

"Customer service came through"
From what I remember, I had a small issue with my order and their customer service got back to me quickly. I did have to follow up once, but after that they handled it and got everything sorted out. Overall, a good experience

"Why is the sizing so off??"
